Our Playground Rules

Respect your playmates
We are all equal here. Treat everyone with fundamental human decency. We maintain absolute zero tolerance for racism, sexism, discrimination, or harassment. Respect the physical, emotional, and personal limits of those around you. Keep your personal beliefs to yourself and never force them on others. Also, do not attend any part of the programme under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances to a degree that impairs your participation or affects the experience of others.
Play constructively
We operate on a “Yes, and…” mentality. Build on the ideas of others and actively lift each other up. Offer constructive feedback only when someone explicitly asks for it. Suspend judgment and focus on helping your peers succeed. Respect others’ ideas and creations – don’t copy, damage, change, or claim them without permission.
Cherish the toys
The equipment and the space are shared with the whole community. Treat all tools with care, avoid wasting materials, and always clean up your workspace when you finish. If something breaks or malfunctions, report it immediately so we can fix or replace it. Prioritize safety for all.
Embrace the mess
Trust the creative process and acknowledge your own limits. Remember that perfection does not exist. Focus entirely on your own growth, open yourself to new experiences, and actively avoid comparing your work to what others are doing.
Keep it human
Appreciate what others give – your thanks make each Playground better for everyone who plays here. Share your knowledge and resources, because sharing is caring. Most importantly, have fun!!!
Prioritize health, safety, and wellbeing
You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental readiness to participate in Playground activities. If at any point during the event you feel unwell, unsafe, or unable to continue, please inform our team immediately. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please do not attend a Playground if you are feeling unwell in a way that may affect other participants. If you become unwell immediately before an event, please contact us as soon as possible.
